The formats suggested above have mostly been done! Fear Factor and I'm A Celebrity... both feature eating animals arses so poo can't be far off, I remember clips about an Amish Deathcamp last year, and Haven't Siegfried and Roy done the tiger thing? The only one left is the one about losing something to win a prize. I'm guessing self esteem doesn't count.
