A Detroit-area woman is accused of stripping to her birthday suit in the back seat of a taxi in Louisiana and then stealing the cab.

Jennifer Gille was arrested early on Sunday in Covington. Police said Gille refused to get out of the taxi after the driver got her to her destination. "The driver said, 'Here you are,' but she wouldn't get out of the car," Capt. Jack West told the News. "She said 'I need to go to Michigan' and began taking her clothes off."

The driver proceeded to the police station. Because he thought Gille was too drunk to do anything else, he left her in the cab -- with the keys still in the ignition -- while he went inside to get help. Police found the taxi about a block away from the station. West said Gille had returned to the back seat and refused police orders to get out of the cab.
