A woman is suing a suburban Chicago hotel after she returned to her room and found a male employee trying on her clothes.

Dayanara Fernandez, 36, of Los Angeles said she returned to her room at the Hyatt in Deerfield, Illinois, June 6 to find a man in a hotel shirt wearing her skirt, underwear and high-heel shoes. Court records said the man, whose name was not released in the suit, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was forced to pay a fine and court costs totalling $187.

The lawsuit alleges negligence of hiring, supervision and/or training, invasion of privacy and emotional distress. A Hyatt spokesman said officials have not yet seen the complaint.
