What's That Saying About Small Packages?
A Nepalese man entered the Guinness Book of World Records on his 18th birthday Thursday as the world's shortest man, standing at 26.4 inches.
Marco Frigatti, vice president of records at Guinness World Records, said he flew to Pokhara, Nepal, and confirmed Khagendra Thapa Magar's status as the world's shortest man, CNN reported.
"I am very happy with the recognition," father Rup Bahadur Thapa Magar told CNN. "For the last few days, Khagendra has been saying that he is a big man now."
The previous record holder was Edward Nino Hernandez, 24, of Colombia, who stands at 27.4 inches.
At 18 the new chap could still be growing! Does that mean the other guy gets the record back if he does?

The publicity shots weren't properly thought out...
