Authorities in Florida said a man arrested for allegedly masturbating in a hospital waiting room was arrested on burglary charges hours later. 

The Hernando County Sheriff's Office said a 17-year-old girl noticed the man looking at her and masturbating on Tuesday morning at Spring Hill Regional Hospital and told her father, who confronted Osmany Ramos Yamera, 30, of Tampa, who fled to the parking lot.

Deputies said Yamera, who speaks only Spanish, denied exposing himself but was caught masturbating again while in a holding cell. Yamera was charged with two misdemeanour counts of exposure of sexual organs and released later in the day. 

The sheriff's office said Yamera was back in jail by 12:15 a.m. on Wednesday due to five counts of attempted burglary after he was spotted trying to enter several vehicles parked on a street.
