Exercise Is A Dirty Word... Every Time I Hear It I Wash My Mouth Out With Chocolate.
Imagine a dress that looked amazing on your night out and that you could snack on in the cab on the way home.
For those obsessive chocolate lovers among us, here is the perfect solution: chocolate couture. The opening gala fashion show at this year's Salon Du Chocolat kicked off in superb style with a parade of fantastic gowns created from the sweet stuff.
The creations shared something of the temporary nature of ice sculptures - they looked beautiful but melted very quickly under the heat of the show's lights. The catwalk in Porte de Versailles in Paris was strewn with bits of chocolate which had fallen off the dresses and we can imagine the situation backstage was messy to say the least.
One model didn't ponder the question of whether to wear it or eat it for long and tucked into a piece of her dress. While a chocolate dress might look spectacular, you may want to consider the benefits of eating it instead. A recent study found an ingredient in chocolate which boosted muscles in the same way as working out at the gym and it's been suggested that eating chocolate could reduce your risk of stroke.
Pass that foot long chunky Kit Kat... I feel like a work out!

How dare you suggest I'm having an affair with a fashion model!
