ACTOR Leonard Nimoy will don his famous pointy ears again to play Spock in the new Star Trek film.
"This is really going to be a great movie," said Nimoy, 76.
He will be joined by the newly-named young Spock, Heroes star Zachary Quinto.
It is believed William Shatner, who played Captain Kirk in the original series, would also make a return.
I thought they'd killed Kirk off years ago. Maybe William Shatner will just be singing the theme tune...
As with Humans', Vulcan ears continue to grow into old age...

I think they should have a film where only red shirts beam down to the planet. Imagine the carnage!
