Slate.com reports that the most likely robbers of Jesus' foreskin was the Vatican.

Now stop, and think for a minute.  Read the first sentence again, and digest.   It really did say what you thought it said.

Yes.  A priest in the town of Calcata, 30 miles north of Rome, had the holy off cut.  In a shoe box.  Int the back of his wardrobe.

And, in 1983, it was stolen.  426 years after it was found. 

That's right.  Someone in Italy found a fifteen hundred year old foreskin, assumed it to be that of Christ, and got the Vatican's seal of approval.

Read the article, it's worth it.  Then come back, vote, and leave a comment.
